Foundation Studies Program
The Eynesbury College Foundation Studies Program (FSP) is an intensive program, preparing international students for entry into their first year of undergraduate study at The University of Adelaide or an Eynesbury Diploma.

Program structure
Required modules - Students will study 3 core modules, as well as 3 elective modules in their area of study interest. Students will be graded on a score out of 500 which is used for entry to The University of Adelaide.

What will you do?
Our Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Civil) has a strong focus on design. You’ll learn from award-winning academics in state-of-the-art facilities as you:

  • Study structural design and mechanics in depth
  • Access new technologies forming the basis of future design practice
  • Work on real-life projects
  • Interact with professionals through an industry-led design practice course
  • Complete an eight-week practical experience.

Major: Water Systems
Water systems engineers are involved in the design, operation and optimisation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, reservoirs, dams, pipe networks, open channels and stormwater drainage. The Water Systems Engineering major covers the physical principles of water when it is stationary and when it is flowing, hydrology, and factors that cause floods.

As a water systems engineer you could find yourself working in roles related to: water system handling and supply; water quality; and wastewater recycling. You could also investigate ways to improve water systems from an economic and environmental perspective. You’ll be well-prepared for opportunities in both the private and public sectors.

    The 2021-2025 Eynesbury College International Scholarship rewards the international graduates of Eynesbury College.

    This scholarship is:

    • Available for graduates of Eynesbury College commencing at the University of Adelaide in the period between 2021-2025;
    • Open to citizens of any country (except Australia and New Zealand); and
    • Provides a waiver of 10% or 5% of the annual tuition fee for each year of the program for the full duration of the degree.
