Program Overview

If you don’t achieve the necessary grades to enroll in the BSc Accounting and Finance degree, a Foundation Year is for you.

The Foundation Year is an excellent pathway to gaining the required knowledge and skills in both accounting and finance, before joining Year 1 of the BSc Accounting degree within the School of Management. The four-year course is designed for students with an interest in both accounting and finance- including management accounting, financial accounting, and corporate finance.

Your Foundation Year will be studied at The College, Swansea University, a state-of-the-art, beachfront building located alongside the School of Management on Bay Campus. Upon successful completion of this initial year, you will move to the School of Management building to join our direct entry students in Year 1.
