And this you want to share with the next generation of future scientists. Combine the best of our Chemistry major with best of Teacher Education. You’ll follow your Chemistry interests into the lab where you’ll use modern techniques in excellent facilities with direct faculty mentorship in a close-knit department.
 
Additionally, you’ll learn the skills to be successful in teaching middle and high school-aged students the wonders of science. Through Teacher Education courses and field work, you’ll be on track for licensing to teach 7-12 grade science in Colorado’s public schools.
