The first step is to get an acceptance letter from the university where you applied. You will get it if you meet all the admission requirements of the course.
The next step is to apply online through the CIC website. This process might be complex so students should take professional guidance for successful application.
Once you collect the required documents, the next step is to pay the fee. The fee for study permit is CAD 150, and for the biometric student has to pay CAD 85.
After paying the fee, some students may be required to attend the interview at their local visa office.
If your study permit is approved, you’ll get a POE (port of entry). You will get a study permit after showing POE to CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency).
