Structure of the I-20 Form

The Structure of the I-20 Form may differ slightly between different versions and institutions. I- 20 form, also known as the Certificate of Eligibility for Non-immigrant Student Status has the following structure:

Student information
This section includes the student's personal information, such as their full
name, date of birth, gender, country of citizenship, and passport details.
Program Information
This section provides the details of the academic program the student has been admitted to.
School Information
This section talks about the educational institution issuing the I-20, including the school's name, address, SEVIS school code, & contact information of the DSO.
Financial Information
The I-20 form includes details about the student's financial resources for studying in the US, such as estimated cost of tuition, fees, living expenses etc.
Signatures and Dates
requires signatures from both DSO & the student. The DSO certifies the accuracy of the information, & student acknowledges their understanding of the T &C.
