What is the minimum score required in the PTE Academic exam?

Schools/courses require you to obtain a minimum score in the PTE exam to be considered for a programme. These are called PTE cutoff scores and here are some details about them

The highest score is 85-90

Normally, neither governments nor institutions ask for scores this high. The highest degree of English proficiency that can be determined is this.
Score range 76-84

The required score for Australian Skilled Migration Visas falls within this range. Usually, undergraduate courses don't require this level of English.
Score range 30-42

This level is too low to engage in academic coursework but may be set for Foundation Year courses.
The PTE exam has a set of generalized rules for eligibility

Out of the total range of 10-90, if you score between 50-63, it is considered a good score.
University Canada West (UCW)

PTE Cut off- 60 and above.
EU Business School – Munich

PTE Cut off- 59 and above
The University of Sydney (Usyd):

PTE Cut off- 57 and above
Elite Universities

To get into the top universities, it is recommended that you score above 65 or 67 on this English language test.
