Education Centre of Australia (ECA) Group - ECA College of Health Sciences - Sydney Campus (Parramatta) Students
We offer a broad range of dedicated student support services, including airport pickup, accommodation, counselling, and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
Student Card - Student Card is extremely important as a proof of identification that you are a CHS student. Student cards are also to be presented in other instances such as sitting for examinations, availing student support services offered by CHS. For new students, the Student Card is normally ready for collection from the Student Services during the first 2 weeks of the trimester. In case of lost or stolen card, you can apply for a replacement card in-person via the Student Services (fees may apply).
Careers, Employment and Course Advice Services - If you are not sure which course or program suits your needs and aspirations, please contact our course advisory service to arrange a free confidential consultation. Our advisors can provide you with information to help you decide about the study pathway that best suits you. In addition to course advice, CHS’s experienced Careers & Employment team can help you understand more about potential employment opportunities after graduating from the chosen program.
Accommodation Services - 2Stay Accommodation is a service that works with accommodation providers to meet the accommodation needs of students who are newly arrived in Australia. CHS students can access the service through contacting 2Stay Accommodation directly. Please visit the 2Stay Accommodation website for more information. 2Stay Accommodation can also assist you with the following:
- Arranging airport pick-ups and drop-offs (fees apply)
- General advice about living in Australia
Student Counselling Services - CHS offers free counselling services to students via Converge International. Student Services at each campus also has expertise in assisting international students. International students seeking access to professional services should contact Student Services which will assist with putting students in touch with the right service provider.
Disability Services - CHS’s campuses are accessible to students with disabilities. The College provides reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities. Please contact the Student Counselling Services to arrange a confidential consultation to help us assess your needs and how best can CHS support your needs.
Student Mental Health & Wellbeing at CHS - CHS offers a free counselling service to students. It is available on campus for Sydney students and by telephone and email for Brisbane students. Brisbane students can also be referred to an independent counsellor. The counsellor has expertise in working with international students. The counselling service provides support for students who are experiencing di?culties and is completely con?dential. The counsellor is there to listen and provide support which could include referral or appropriate information.
