Student Services

The Office of Student Affairs, as well as the Office of International Affairs and each member of the staff and faculty team of Mesoyios College, is strictly committed to the objectives of the College for excellent, constant and effective support of our students in all areas, including:

• Health, Safety and Welfare
• Information and Advice in relation to the life in the college and outside
• Humanitarian issues
• Assistance in terms of study habits, time management, education stress management, communication, problem solving, adapting to the conditions of the college life and many other fields related to student success in the college
• Personal assistance to students with special learning needs
• Personal assistance and support to students with special emotional needs.

Student Life & Activities

• A college is not only a place of learning, since a student may live the most memorable years of his/her life. At Mesoyios College interesting student clubs and sports teams are operated, like art, film and other entertainment events, contributing to an integrated framework of culture and development. The department of student affairs surrounds every need of the students from their accommodation to guidance in relation to their professional career. Also several publications are issued for and by the students and maintains Electronic Student Network Communications.
   
• Students Union: The Student Union is the official representative of the students. The president of Student Union participates in College’s major decision committees, such as the College Council. Elected student representatives participate in the Council, the School Committees and Departmental Committees.

Facilitites
Our facilitites are fresh new and modern. The use of technology aims to empower our students knowledge. All the auditoriums are fully equipped with media (projectors, speakers etc.) for quality teaching and learning experience. They are also equipped with audio visual equipment in order to facilitate the faculty staff in their teaching and provide innovative teaching methods to our students.

• Hospitality Simulations Laboratory - In collaboration with the MEG Ltd Training Center, our students have access to the 4 modern and fully equipped Hospitality Simulations Laboratories for practical sessions as part of their courses.
• Library - Mesoyios College has its own library and electronic library EBSCO host and Open Library, providing students with the necessary literature to enrich their knowledge.

Clubs and Societies

• Your college years can be the best years of your life, filled with friends, fun and unforgettable memories. The way to make the most of these years is to become a living part of College life. Get involved, there’s something for every interest! Clubs and societies provide students with opportunities for social interaction, recreation, leadership training, and enhancement of academic interests.
   
• Involvement in societies for most students is an important aspect of their education. The Student Affairs Office is here to help you join a club or start a new one, giving you all the resources you need. In order to register a new club you need to have at least five (5) members.
   
• Each club is given an annual budget for educational and leisure activities and also for equipment necessary for the club’s operation. In order for a club to operate it also needs an Advisor and a President. All Clubs and Societies at Mesoyios College are open to everyone regardless of race, gender, religion or national origin. Students who wish to register to clubs please complete and submit the form below. Students may choose from three categories of clubs, Leisure, Educational and Social Clubs.
