Follow up Questions:

Question - Do you think family bonding and happiness are related to each other?

Answer - Certainly it is. There is a popular saying by George Bernard Shaw "A happy family is but an earlier heaven". Beyond doubt family is the first place where happiness lies. The connection shared with family is the purest and real which satiates the members in the way as nothing can. A person cannot find a true friend as family and when there is satisfaction and affection, a person lives a cheerful life. There is a great relation between the both.

Question - Which type of family do you think is the best, Nuclear family or Joint family?

Answer - I was raised in a joint family and till now I live in a joint family. From my perspective and experience, living in a joint family is a blessing and those who live in big families are the luckiest ones because everyday seems to be a festival and on every occasion all the family members get together and make the moments precious and memorable. Being in a joint family, one gets a chance to live with their Uncle and Aunts, above all a child is showered with love and blessings of grandparents and lives under the shade of them where he learns important lessons of life.

Question - What is the reason these days families are integrating?

Answer - The first and foremost reason is the generation gap. These days the thinking of the old generation and new generation doesn't match as elderly people prefer to lead conservative lives but young adults believe in being modern and updated. This thing leads to conflicts and disputes between them and they get separated. People have become modern and they try to imitate foreigners as after marriage there is a fashion to live separately from parents in another house. I believe this is a lumber trend.

Question - What is the attitude of the people in your country towards family?

Answer - I live in a diverse nation, India. There are different types of people following different cultures and different opinions. According to Indian culture, the head of the family is always Grandfather or Father. The family is considered to be the first school for a newborn baby. It is always taught to us that there is nothing more important than family in our life as this world is full of betrayers. In most Indian families, one can find how connected they are to each other. They believe in unity and respect each and every member of the family. They take decisions together and on every occasion family is the priority for every individual. In my country, people are more concerned about their families than anything else.
