Academic Requirement

Minimum Level of Education Required: To be accepted into this program, applicants must be graduates of a diploma, advanced diploma, or degree program from an Ontario College or equivalent. OR


The applicant must possess five years of work experience in a related field (or combination of education and work experience) as judged by the college to be equivalent. Applicants must submit a resume detailing their related experience and a cover letter outlining their competencies and preparedness for the program (any and all post-secondary transcripts must still be submitted).

Entrance Scholarship

We are thrilled to share an incredible opportunity for your students interested in studying at Cambrian College. We are offering a $2,500 Entrance Scholarship for all new international students applying outside Canada for the September 2025 or January 2026 intake.
 
This scholarship will help your students take the next step in their educational journey, and we’re confident it will make their transition to studying in Canada even more seamless! 


How to qualify

  • Must be a new international student applying to Cambrian for the first time from outside Canada. 
  • Apply for the September 2025 or January 2026 intake. 
  • Submit your application through OCAS IAS before March 31, 2025
  • Pay your first semester fee by June 21, 2025. 
  • Arrive in Canada and complete Day 10 of classes to receive the scholarship.

Please note that applicants who have submitted a new application for Cambrian College from outside Canada for September 2025 programs are eligible for the Entrance Scholarship. For further information, refer to the eligibility requirements listed above.
