Undergraduate Scholarships

If you’re starting an undergraduate programme at Lancaster University Leipzig then these opportunities may be available to you.

Merit Scholarship - Up to €2,000 in the first year of study
Applicants for direct entry (First Year) with the following academic performance in their final high school degree (A-Level, IB, GSCE or equivalent) are eligible for our merit-based scholarship.

You will automatically be considered for a scholarship as soon as you submit your online application form with all required documents.

Please note discounts cannot be combined (exception is Lancaster Leipzig Sanctuary Scholarship).

Foundation Year Scholarship
Foundation Year – October 2024
Open to students who hold Conditional Offer or Unconditional Offer for our Foundation programmes for October 2024.

To secure the scholarship students must submit the below by May 31, 2024:

• a completed and signed Acceptance Form, which can be found on page 4 of the Offer Letter.
• a proof of payment of minimum 25% of the Foundation programme tuition fees (tuition fee deposit*).

*deposit is fully refundable until the official enrolment date

Foundation – January 2025

Family Scholarship
Lancaster University Leipzig offers Family Scholarships for siblings, spouses or children/parents studying concurrently at Lancaster University Leipzig.

This is an automatic €1,000 reduction of the entry year tuition for each first-degree family member.

Postgraduate Scholarships

MSc Entry Scholarship - €4,500 scholarship for international fee payers

Pre-Master’s Entry Scholarship - Up to €4,000 scholarship for international fee payers
