Develop essential engineering knowledge and skills, and prepare for a successful career in a fast-moving industry, with our four-year Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in Chelmsford.

Electrical and electronic engineers are at the forefront of the challenge to connect our world. Their work impacts almost every area of our lives, including communications, commerce, entertainment, manufacturing, healthcare, transport, energy, and the environment.

Our Electrical and Engineering MEng (Hons) course, which includes a Masters year, will prepare you to play an important part in designing and building more efficient and affordable technology to provide a robust and green energy network. The knowledge and skills you develop will help us live better, healthier, smarter, and more sustainable lives.

With an emphasis on Industry 4.0 concepts, you'll learn about the latest developments and techniques in a variety of cutting-edge areas of engineering, such as Digital Signal Processing (DSP), robotics, AI, internet of things (IoT), power electronics, and sustainable technologies, so you'll graduate well-prepared to enter the workplace.
