Students in our MA/Ph.D. program participate in academically rigorous coursework and are challenged to integrate theoretical and empirical work by five core I/O faculty members who are actively engaged in scholarship and professional service to the field. UAkron’s I/O program is one of the oldest and most respected in the nation and has been ranked among the top ten I/O programs over the last 30 years.

Our students have the opportunity to take classes with graduate faculty in our Adult Development and Aging (ADA) program and Counseling program, which offers a broader exposure that is important for their graduate experience.
