  • University support
    • The University has a range of support services that will remain available to you, from both the Student Services team (financial, health and wellbeing, disability) and the Library and Learning Services team (support with assessment and study), as well as through platforms including SilverCloud.
    • Specialist resources: managed access to on-campus specialist laboratories, studios, and study facilities will remain in place.
    • Library: Information on the reservation and collection of physical books and DVDs can be found on the Library and Learning Services website. Further information about online resources and support available to you is available on the support pages of the Library and Learning Services website.
    • Student Services:  You may find helpful information via the Student Services pages on the University of Suffolk website and wellbeing resources on the wellbeing pages of MySuffolk.
  • Wellbeing
    • All students have access to free online CBT wellbeing programmes hosted by SilverCloud. There are programmes about resilience, sleep, positive body image, stress money worries
    • If you feel like you need extra help Student Space is here. Their text service is available 24/7 on 85258. Don't be afraid to ask for help, text ‘STUDENT’ now to start a conversation or visit studentspace.org.uk.
    • Suffolk Mind
    • Suffolk Wellbeing for wellbeing support
    • SHOUT?is a 24/7 crisis text service for times when you need immediate support. Just text SHOUT to 85258 for text support with a trained volunteer.
    • NHS FirstResponse?is a 24/7 helpline offering immediate advice, support and signposting for people experiencing mental health difficulties in Norfolk or Suffolk.
    • Samaritans- The Samaritans offer confidential and non-judgemental emotional support whenever you need someone to talk to. They are available 24 hours a day.
    • Domestic violence- A list of local and national Domestic Abuse services
