- The Student Life Division, in partnership with Whittier's faculty, provides high-quality, co-curricular programs and services to students designed to foster learning and personal development.
- The Center for Advising & Academic Success (CAAS) empowers students to become successful, self-directed, and collaborative lifelong learners.
- The Center for Career and Professional Development provides resources and experiences designed to help students understand the interrelatedness of their unique talents, personal motivations, and the demands of the professional world.
- The Quantitative Success Center empowers students to achieve their academic goals by providing comprehensive support and resources in all quantitative courses.
- The College provides a variety of Commuter Student Services to accommodate its commuter students and help them stay connected to the Whittier community while living off campus.
- A confidential and student-focused resource, the Counseling Center helps students cope with the challenges and stresses in their daily lives.
- The Office of Equity and Inclusion empowers students to become culturally aware and active citizens by providing them with tools for leadership, advocacy, and critical dialogues. The OEI is committed to serving students with historically marginalized identities while supporting their academic, personal, and professional development.
- The Department of Campus Safety is authorized by the College to provide around-the-clock security for the campus community and campus property.
- Student Accessibility Services is committed to ensuring equal treatment, educational opportunity, academic freedom, and human dignity for students with learning, physical/medical, and psychological/psychiatric disabilities.
- The Office of Student Engagement involves students in campus life, connect them to the community, and helps them channel their inner leader.
- The Office of International Programs (OIP) provides assistance to students who are interested in participating in study abroad opportunities, as well as serves the needs of international students to make their experience at Whittier productive and meaningful.
- The Student Health & Wellness Center provides students with primary health care services, as well as health and wellness resources.
- The Veteran Success Office helps student veterans achieve academic success by providing resources, counseling, and peer-to-peer networking.
- The Support Person Program (SPP) trains Whittier College faculty and staff to provide support to students that may have experienced sexual misconduct or sexual assault. They advise students about the Sexual Misconduct Policy, the process for reporting on and off campus, and the resources available for support and assistance.
